How do I  make an appointment

Simply give us a call or text us on 0422 283 283. Alternatively you can email us or leave us a message via Enquire Here link on the bottom of this page.

How long does it take?

Typically, appointments are scheduled for approximately 30 minutes, with 10 minutes before and after the appointment to set up and pack up. If your treatment requires more than 30 minutes, we will let you know in advance so that you can make appropriate arrangements.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand that life doesn't always go as planned so we try to be flexible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please give us at least 4 hours notice so that we can re-plan our schedule and serve those who may need an earlier appointment.

How do I pay for your service?

We'll have our HICAPS/Eftpos machine with us, which allows us to claim directly from some health funds. Additionally, we can process Medicare CDBS payments on the spot and accept cash. We kindly request payment at the end of each visit.

How much will it cost?

At your first visit, we charge a standard call out fee and a comprehensive examination fee. The examination includes a thorough check of your current dental health, our professional advice, the options available to you and an estimate cost with each option.

How do I prepare for your visit?

You don't have to worry about preparing for your appointment. Our team will bring everything we need for the service. All you need is a space with a power point where we can set up a chair and plug in our equipment.

Can you see more than one patient at the same visit?

Yes, in fact it works out better because we will only charge the call out fee once. It means it works out better for the individual patient if the call out fee is shared.

How long is the waiting list

Due to our small team and the amount of time it takes to physically pack our equipment and travel, we spend considerably more time with each appointment than in a dental practice. Currently there is about a 3 - 4 week wait for an appointment. If you matter is urgent, we recommend you contact the local hospital as soon as possible.
